MyEventScape
Why we’re building MyEventScape

Public events deserve a process as thoughtful as the events themselves.

MyEventScape turns scattered forms, inboxes, maps, and vendor conversations into one clear path from idea to event-ready.

The problem

Planning is collaborative. Permitting rarely feels that way.

An organizer may be coordinating city licensing, public works, fire safety, traffic control, food vendors, security, sanitation, insurance, and neighborhood communication at the same time.

When each part lives in a different form or email thread, people spend their energy finding information instead of improving the plan. Reviewers receive incomplete submissions. Vendors miss updates. Organizers cannot tell what is holding the event back.

We believe the process should feel like one coordinated project, because that is what an event really is.

One event record

Shared by every partner

Built city by city

Local requirements fit inside a consistent experience for organizers.

Our mission

Make complex event coordination feel clear, shared, and achievable.

MyEventScape gives each person a workspace shaped around their responsibilities while keeping the event connected underneath. The organizer sees the journey. The city sees the review. The vendor sees the assignment. Everyone sees the same truth.

Product principles

The standard we’re designing toward.

Clarity over complexity
The next step, owner, deadline, and decision should always be visible.
Coordination by design
Good events happen when every partner works from the same plan.
Trust in the record
Documents, feedback, conditions, and approvals stay connected and auditable.

Help shape a better way to bring events to life.
