Eight documents govern MyEventScape. They are written to be read, not to be survived — each one opens with what it covers and who it applies to.

Which document controls
If your organization signed a written agreement with MyEventScape — a subscription order, a municipal contract, a data processing addendum — that agreement controls wherever it conflicts with the notices published here. These pages govern everyone else, including anyone who opens a shared proposal, invitation, or site-map link without an account.

When these change
Every notice carries the date it was last revised. Material changes are announced in the product or by email before they take effect, wherever that is practicable; routine clarifications are published with a new revision date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
