Free includes the same maps, objects, and measuring tools as Pro. What you pay for is room, exports, and people.
Yes. One active plan at a time, up to 40 objects, satellite maps, and a view-only link — no card and no trial clock. It's there so you can lay the whole event out before deciding anything.
One event: 90 days of full editing, up to 1,500 objects, the print-ready PDF and Excel exports, and comment links for your vendors and crew. It's one payment of $29, and nothing renews. When the 90 days are up the plan turns read-only — it's still there, still opens, and still exports. Buy another pass for the same event and the window picks up where the last one ended.
Once you plan more than 8 events a year, Pro billed yearly ($249) costs less than a pass for each. It's also the plan with no limits to think about — unlimited plans and objects, custom objects, and edit links — and it starts with a 7-day free trial.
Seats. Pro is one person. Team is 5, with owner, event manager, member, and viewer roles, so your team opens and edits the organization's plans together and sees each other's changes live.
No. Vendors, crew, a venue manager, a permit office — anyone you send a map to opens it free. A comment or edit link asks them to sign in, and that account is free too.
Cancel from account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the workspace carries on under Free's limits: every plan, document, and export is exactly where you left it, and you can pick a plan again whenever you like. We do not delete or hide your records.
Stripe retries the charge and emails you. While it keeps failing the workspace drops to Free's limits — nothing is removed — and updating the card in the billing portal restores your plan straight away.
You export it and we delete our copy on request. Your plans and records are yours; nothing about the pricing depends on holding them hostage.

Free doesn't expire, and nothing you draw is lost when you upgrade — the same plan picks up exactly where you left it.
