In every plan

The parts that matter aren't the upsell.

Nothing that keeps an event safe or a record intact sits behind a higher tier.

  • Guided permit intake that adapts to the event
  • Site plan editor with maps and measurements
  • Vendor invitations, documents, and messaging
  • Role-scoped access enforced in the database
  • Every record kept after the event closes
  • Export your data whenever you want it

Pricing questions

Before you pick a plan.

Still not sure which side of the table you're on? Ask us.

Does the city pay, or does the organizer?

Whoever is getting the value. An organizer can run the whole planning and packet side on their own plan while their city is still reviewing by email. A city licenses the review side for its own staff and departments — it never requires organizers to pay to apply.

What counts as an active event?

One event you are currently planning or permitting. Once it has happened and you close it out, it moves to your archive and stops counting — the record stays readable and reusable for next year's edition either way.

Can I try the Organizer plan before paying?

Start on Starter. It is a real workspace with a real permit packet, not a demo, and it does not expire. Upgrade when you have a second event to run or a fourth teammate to add.

How is a city or agency priced?

By population served and annual permit volume, as an annual license that covers every department and every reviewer — we do not charge per seat, because that is how a fire marshal ends up sharing a login. Tell us your jurisdiction and we'll send a number.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You export it and we delete our copy on request. Events, documents, site plans, and approvals are yours; nothing about the pricing model depends on holding your records hostage.

Not sure which plan fits your jurisdiction?

Tell us how many events you permit a year and who reviews them. We'll come back with a number and a walkthrough.
