Our approach
We design for keyboard operation, clear focus states, meaningful labels, sufficient contrast, reduced motion, responsive zoom, and compatibility with modern screen readers. Accessibility checks are part of our automated test and release process, alongside manual review of critical workflows.
Known limits
Interactive maps, complex spreadsheets, uploaded third-party documents, and free-form user content can present accessibility challenges. We provide text-based workflows where possible and prioritize fixes that block a task or prevent access to official event information.

Email accessibility@myeventscape.com with the page or task, the technology you use, and the format you need. We will acknowledge the request within two business days and work with the responsible organization when an official record or municipal process is involved.
